Now, the meeting is set. It's important that you not waste each man's time during the meeting. That doesn't mean it needs to 5 minutes long and all business. But that there needs to be at least a semi formal agenda that can keep you and everyone else on track.
Here are the steps regarding the meeting:
- Once the meeting is set, prepare a brief out line of what you want to cover.
Here is an example agenda document for you to use and edit. Add your own or take out what you don't want.
Here is just a blank agenda document setup and ready for you. At the meeting, pass out this document (you can add or subtract to it if you like for your own specific purpose). - The men that say yes will be your platoon. And you will experience some amazing things together. Probably, many of these will become your close brothers for life
- If any of the men said they needed to pray or think about it, chances are they won't do it. But if you gave them until a certain day to get back with you, then wait until that has passed and then contact all the men and agree on a time and place to meet.
- Preferably it needs to be in the morning and at a place where you have access to a computer or something that can play videos.
